ONLINE/IN-PERSON PRE-LICENSING COURSE
Maryland Pre-licensing Course-$349

The Maryland Real Estate Principles and Practice Course, 60 Hours online program is the pr-licensing course required before you sit for the licensing exam to become a real estate salesperson (popularly know as a real estate agent). The course is also refered to as the Maryland real estate licensing course. There is no instructor or additional books required to take the course. Once you purchase the program, you will have 180 days to complete the program from the date of enrollment. You may purchase a retake for a small fee.

To enroll in this program, please email all the following documents. Once we receive your documents we will email a link to purchase the course.

  • A signed copy of the Enrollment Agreement
  • A signed notation that you have read the catalog and understood the information provided in the Course Catalog
  • A copy of any of the following documents
    • High School Diploma or Equivalence
    • GED
    • College Transcripts if you are enrolled in a two- or four-year program
    • Your College Diploma
  • A valid State ID, Passport, or other ID to show you are at least 18 years or older

Maryland Pre-licensing Online Course offered by CE SHOP-Starts at $325

The CeShop course is a self-paced online program. Students do most of the course on their own. At Distance Learning Institute Training, we will support you by checking on you periodically and answering any question you have. For entrance requirement and to sign up please follow the link below.

Maryland Pre-licensing In-Person Course Offered By Real Estate School-Starts at $449

Location: 500 Redland Court, Suite 202, Owings Mill, MD 21117
 
This course is taught by an experienced instructor with over thirty-five years in the real estate business. Requirement: Must provide a State ID showing proof you are 18 years of age or older, evidence of completion of High School or equivalence, payment of $449. Email your documents to enrollment@dlitraining.com. Once we receive your documents, we will send you a link to sign up for the course.
